These Terms of Service are a starting product draft for the inBestmen platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

What inBestmen provides

inBestmen helps people discover projects, participate in community signals and follow the progress of ideas. AI-assisted intake, human review and community voting are informational stages and are not a promise of funding, profit or investment returns.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of information you submit. You may not impersonate another person, abuse the platform or use it to conduct unlawful activity.

iB Coins and payments

iB Coins, PayPal checkout and project funding rules will be governed by the final payment terms shown before a transaction is confirmed. Do not purchase or transfer value until those rules and the payment integration are active.

Project content

Project creators retain ownership of their content while granting inBestmen permission to display it for review, discovery and community participation.
